With effect from 11 September 2026, the Chinese company name of BolognaFiere China Ltd. has officially changed from “博罗那展览（上海）有限公司” to “博洛尼亚展览（上海）有限公司”.
This change applies solely to the Company’s Chinese name. Its English name, BolognaFiere China Ltd., remains unchanged. The Company’s Unified Social Credit Code, legal representative, registered address, telephone number and other corporate information also remain unchanged.
The name change forms part of BolognaFiere Group’s ongoing efforts to ensure greater consistency in its brand identity. Aligning the Company’s Chinese name with the Group’s established Chinese name will further strengthen recognition of the BolognaFiere brand in the Chinese market.
Following the name change, the Company’s existing business operations, team and business relationships will continue without interruption. BolognaFiere China Ltd. will continue to operate as the wholly owned subsidiary of BolognaFiere Group in China, responsible for the Group’s business development and market expansion across Greater China, while continuing to provide professional exhibition and industry-related services to clients and partners in China and overseas.
BolognaFiere China Ltd. was formally established in 2007, following the establishment of the Group’s representative office in China in 2005. Over the years, the Company has built a professional local team and, drawing on the Group’s global resources and industry network, has organised exhibitions, conferences, business exchange initiatives and international cooperation projects across a wide range of sectors, including publishing, beauty, agriculture, retail and consumer industries.
Looking ahead, BolognaFiere China Ltd. will remain firmly rooted in the Chinese market and continue to leverage the Group’s international resources and professional expertise to strengthen connections and cooperation between China and global industries, while delivering professional services to clients, partners and the wider business community.
