BolognaFiere S.p.A. (hereinafter also referred to as “BolognaFiere”or the “Company” and, jointly with its subsidiaries, the “Group” ), among the main international exhibition operators, informs that on December 18th 2023 it has been admitted to trading of its ordinary shares on the market known as Euronext Growth Milan – Professional Segment (“EGM-Pro”), a multilateral trading system organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Trading started on Wednesday 20 December 2023.
BolognaFiere’s post-money and post-CB ( “BolognaFiere Convertible Bond 2022-2028” ) market capitalization expected as of the start of trading will be approximately € 243.5 million, while free float accounts for 32.14% of the share capital.
During the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 12 December 2023, Antonio Bruzzone was appointed as Chief Executive Officer, his appointment becoming effective with the admssion to trading on EGM-Pro of the company shares. With over 30 years’ experience in the exhibition sector, Mr Bruzzone has held the position of General Manager of the Company since 2015, making an important contribution to the Group’s international growth. He is Vice President of the Italian association of exhibition companies (AEFI) and Vice President for Europe of UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry).
